As a Mobile Detail Technician, your days are spent travelling our beautiful Island, providing quality car care, and interacting with our exceptional customers. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously while also being a part of a team atmosphere! Qualifications:

Detailing experience preferred but NOT mandatory

Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent work

Clean drivers record and valid drivers license

What will you do at Vroomcrew?
Interior detailing
-
Clean upholstery (vacuum, shampoo, steam), and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices

Clean interior leather surfaces and treats fabrics
-
Perform inspections, keeping complete and accurate records of the vehicle's condition
Exterior Detailing
-
Exterior wash and wheel/ tire detailing
-
Wax application, polishing exteriors
Additional duties
-
Provide exceptional service for our clients

Clear and concise communication with clients, team, and management

Operating company vehicles, maintaining company vehicles
What you'll need:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Must be a self-starter who can work effectively and efficiently on own

Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods in all seasons and conditions - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Ability to follow company processes and guidelines as described in training and procedural documents

Ability to effectively problem solve, and deliver complete customer satisfaction

Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

Ability to lift loads of up to 40 lbs

Ability to work in a flexible environment, coping with last-minute changes smoothly
