Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — you can cancel at any time. Just contact our membership team by email at memberships@vroomcrew.com or by text at 902-210-3254.
How does payment work?
When you schedule your first service, you’ll choose either a monthly or annual payment option:

Monthly plans: Automatically charged to the card on file each month.

Your payment details will be securely set up by our membership coordinator after your membership is purchased.
How does scheduling work?
When you purchase a membership, you’ll select the date for your first service. Once that appointment is booked, our membership coordinator will pre-schedule all remaining services for the membership year so you always know your dates in advance.
Can I use my membership on a different vehicle?
Yes! You can switch vehicles under your membership. Please let us know ahead of time so our technicians can prepare.
Can I add exterior services to a Bronze or Silver membership?
Absolutely. Add-ons are available at a discounted rate:

What if I need to reschedule an appointment?
No problem — just let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust your schedule.
Do memberships renew automatically?
You’ll be notified before your membership expires if you’d like to continue for another year.
Is there a limit to how far in advance services are booked?
Appointments can be scheduled throughout the year. We’ll do our best to accommodate seasonal needs or special timing requests.
What areas do you service?
We currently service Halifax and surrounding areas. Contact us if you’re unsure whether your location is included.
What happens if I don’t use all my services?
Unused services do not carry over beyond the membership year. We recommend scheduling early to take full advantage of your membership.
Are memberships transferable or giftable?
Yes, memberships can be transferred to another vehicle you own. They can also be purchased as a gift — contact our team for details.
Are there a limited number of memberships available?
Yes. To ensure we maintain the quality of our service, we are limiting the number of memberships available for 2026.
