What is your service area?Our service area covers approximately 35 minutes in all directions from downtown Charlottetown or Halifax. We can make special exceptions for multi-vehicle services or arrange travel fees depending on the location. Feel free to reach out if you’re outside this range and we can discuss options!

How long does a service take?The length of your service depends on the package you choose and the condition of your vehicle. Interior services typically take between 2 to 3.5 hours, you can account for an additional 1- 1.5 hrs for exterior services.

What is the difference between an Interior Care and Platinum Interior?The Platinum Interior service goes above and beyond the standard Interior Care. In addition to everything included in the Interior Care package, the Platinum Interior also features: Protective dressing (with a light shine) on all plastics Leather conditioning on all leather surfaces Steam cleaning of carpet and upholstery for a deeper, more thorough clean. It’s the perfect choice if you're looking for a premium level of care for your vehicle's interior!

Can you do both of my cars at once?Yes! We can detail both vehicles at once. To book a multi-vehicle service, navigate to the Packages & Pricing section and select the Multiple Vehicle Service option at the bottom. Plus, enjoy a 10% discount on all packages—except for the Interior Care package—when booking multiple vehicles. More than 2 vehicles can be accommodated depending on availability. Leave a note in your booking form or give us a call and we will be happy to discuss!

How do I tell if I need to add steam cleaning to my service?Steam cleaning uses high-temperature steam to effectively clean and sanitize your vehicle's interior surfaces and fabrics. It’s great for removing stubborn stains, grease, grime, and odors, especially in hard-to-reach areas like vents and upholstery. You might want steam cleaning if you're looking for a deeper clean, especially for interior surfaces (carpet, seats, mats) that have heavy staining and/or lingering odors.

Do you need access to my power or water?No, we don’t! We bring our own power and water supply, so there’s no need to provide access. As long as your vehicle is unlocked, we’re ready to get started!

What are the benefits of waxing my vehicle?Enhanced shine & appearance – Gives your vehicle a deep, glossy finish. UV protection & oxidation prevention – Shields your paint from sun damage and fading, helping preserve its lifespan and resale value. Easier maintenance & cleaning – Creates a smooth, hydrophobic surface that repels water, dirt, and debris, making washes more effective. Minor scratch & swirl mark protection – Adds a thin protective layer that helps reduce the appearance of light scratches and swirls. Improved durability against environmental contaminants – Provides a barrier against bird droppings, tree sap, road salt, and other harmful substances.

How often should I get my vehicle waxed?Exposure to the elements – Vehicles regularly exposed to harsh sun, rain, snow, or road salt may benefit from more frequent waxing. Parking conditions – If your vehicle is often parked outside, it may need waxing more often than a garage-kept car. Driving habits – Frequent highway driving or exposure to dirt, debris, and contaminants can wear down wax protection faster. If water no longer beads on your paint or the surface feels rough, it's a good sign that it's time for a fresh wax application!

How much is it to add an exterior wash?Our exterior wash add-on is priced between $64.99 and $74.99, depending on the size of your vehicle. If your vehicle has more than five seats, it is considered oversized. This service includes a thorough exterior wash, bug and light tar removal, tire and rim detailing, tire shine, and window cleaning for a spotless finish.

What should I do to prepare for my service?To ensure the best experience, please make sure your vehicle is unlocked and there is clear access for our team. As long as there’s enough space to fully open the doors, we’re good to go! If you have any specific concerns, you can note them during booking or mention them to your service provider on the day of your appointment. We will also remove any garbage from the vehicle and neatly organize and bag personal belongings. While a quick pre-clean can help us work more efficiently if your vehicle has excessive clutter, it is not required.

How do I pay for my service?It’s super easy! Once your service is complete, we’ll send an invoice to your email or phone. Just click the "Pay Now" button—you can pay using credit, Google/Apple Pay and most Visa Debit cards through our Square payment system. We also accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments on the spot for your convenience!

Do you service parking garages?Yes, we do! When booking your service, simply select "Parking Garage" as the service location. If there are any special instructions or access details, feel free to include them in the "Notes" section of your booking.

Do you charge more for a larger vehicle?Yes, we charge $29.99 for oversized vehicles with more than 5 seats. Additionally, our Exterior Wash add on includes an added $10 charge. Other than that, there are no hidden charges based on vehicle size.

What is clay bar decontamination and do I need it?Clay bar decontamination is a process that removes contaminants from your vehicle’s paint that regular washing can't address. This includes things like brake dust, road tar, road paint, small rust spots, and other debris that can stick to the surface. You might need a clay bar treatment if the surface of your paint feels rough to the touch or if you notice visible discolouration, especially around the lower portion of door panels & wheel wells.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of the service?We’re experienced in working through various weather conditions. However, if the weather becomes severe enough to impact our service, we’ll contact you the day before your appointment with an update and a course of action. If you don’t hear from us, that means we’re still good to go!
